The Waves Beach Chalets, Tangalle
The Waves has three airconditioned bedrooms which could accommodate up to 8 adults. It has a standalone single story family chalet (which can accommodate 4 adults) and a two level chalet with a upper sea-view room with a queen size bed and a room downstairs having 2 single beds.
The rooms have attached modern bathrooms with hot and cold water. The bedrooms have private sit outs to relax and enjoy the ambience of the property. Guests can have the option of dining in the main outdoor dining area or of being served their meals to their private sit-out or even to the beach.
It is perfect for families or small groups looking for a holiday accommodation for exclusive use. It is equally appropriate for the individual or couples who wants to get away from it all and enjoy privacy. Designed with this purpose, there is plenty of spaces to take in the beauty of the location and absorb the solitude. There is an outdoor jacccuzi where you can relax and watch the waves lapping at the shore.
The property offers comfort and modern facilities without the unnecessary ‘resort’ trappings that make a holiday expensive. And if you are interested in exploring the southern part of Sri Lanka, The Waves is within close proximity to most of the attractions.
You will find our staff to be a diligent and courteous team catering to your every wish without intruding on your privacy. They are adept at creating a variety of tasty eastern and western menus to cater to any palate. Of course the specialty is fresh seafood which is available in abundance and reasonably priced. If you are so inclined, they will set up an outdoor barbeque.
