The cosy living room has an open fireplace. There are board games, television, and a DVD player with a selection of movies, to keep all ages entertained. A library with some interesting reading is also available. The bungalow accommodates a maximum of fourteen persons and can be booked entirely or on an individual room basis.

Much of the one acre property consists of a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of space for kids to play without disturbing anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings. A game of badminton or a game of croquet could be arranged in the garden to bring back memories of a bygone era…or if you want to look across the vistas and contemplate on the beauty of nature or just enjoy a book, there are plenty of nooks and crannies to afford you complete privacy. There are several garden seats including some that are carved into natural rock boulders spread across the garden. The nostalgic sound of running water by the pond adds to the sense of serenity that one experiences and is ideal for romantic daydreaming. There are plenty of fruit trees and a vegetable plot in the garden which provide the bungalow kitchen with fresh vegetables and a small area with organically grown tea.
